Eric Garner Protest in NYC After Grand Jury Doesn't Indict Cop in His Chokehold Death

In the wake of the Ferguson protests, protestors hit the NYC streets armed with their Constitutional 'right to petition government for redress of grievances' regarding the grand jury's decision not to indict the NYPD policeman involved with the choking death of Eric Garner.
This video was shot at the corner of 96th Street and Broadway in Manhattan.
With the evidence available at this time, should Officer Daniel Pantaleo have been indicted to stand trial before a jury of his peers?
