The Best Sports Interview of All-Time
Marshawn Lynch's interview style is well known, and not appreciated by the NFL who has fined him for violating the league's media policies in the past. Rarely has he revealed more than a scripted line during press conferences. Many people, including a large portion of the Seahawks 12th man, praise him for his efforts, but many more people seem to disagree with it.
Recently, Lynch spoke about why he doesn't talk to the media—who would prefer to let his play on the field do the talking—but, if he is under contract to participate in the NFL's media policy, which requires players to speak with the press after every game and be available once during the week, is his interview approach acceptable?
Should Lynch have a right to decline interviews or is the league's image and bottom-line more important? What do you think?
